Sometimes, the hardest thing to do is to get the right word for how you really are feeling.  Here is a list of ‘Feeling Words’ that can help you put your emotions into better perspective.  This will bring a better understanding of your Emotions leading to more Total Wholeness.  Try and identify the intensity of what you are feeling rather than just ‘sad’.
